Diamond Indenters

Diamond indenters are useful in testing the hardness of materials. The Rockwell test determines the hardness by measuring the depth of penetration of an indenter under a large load compared to the penetration made by a preload. DIACONE Diamond indenters are made for Rockwell 'C' Scale, Reicherter Hardness testing machines. The Diamond with natural point are polished to 120° angle. These are further verified and then tested and retested under Rockwell Testing machine to check the standard parameters of the indenter that it upholds the sole perseverance before packed and supplied.

CODE DI

Diamond Indenters having 120° cone and 0.2mm radius are manufactured for the more generally used Indian/Foreign Hardness testing machines. Diamonds are specially selected with a crystallographic structure and vector hardness as it favours resistance to axial load set in a specific matrix and mounted on required shank. The indenters are then highly polished with perfect radii to ensure long workable results. Each indenter is tested on special test plates for accuracy.
