Single Point Dressers

The single point diamond dresser is the workhorse of grinding. It works in practically every application but is especially effective on straight wheels and for creating simple profiles. These dressers are primarily used in Truing & Dressing of Abrasive wheels.

CODE SD

These are commercial UTILITY quality diamonds, point generated by brooting and set in standard shanks. These dressers generally are available from off the shelf basis recommended for full use.

CODE SSD

These are chosen GOOD quality diamonds, selected hardest point brooted and set in standard shank. Recommended for use mainly where precision grinding work is required. If properly used and withdrawn at right time then these dressers can be reset for reuse.

CODE SP

These are SUPERIOR quality diamonds, selected hardest point brooted and set in shanks as per users drawing. Dressers manufactured from these diamonds are recommended for use on more or less automatic and sophisticated grinding machines. Life of these dressers can be prolonged by withdrawing at proper stage and getting them reset.
